Certified for ICF-ACC Level Credential Training (Level 1)
Certified Professional Coach Certification (Level 1) is a 60-hour ICF-approved coach training program. Participants undergo extensive coaching training through various learning methodologies and fieldwork to build elementary-level coaching skills and get certified as professional coaches. In addition to 60 hours of coach training, participants also undergo 10 hours of required mentor coaching in 2 sessions of 3.5 hours as Group Mentoring and 3 sessions of 1 hour each as One-to-One Mentoring.
Certified for ICF-PCC & EIA Practitioner Level Credential Training (Level 2)
Senior Certified Professional Coach (Level 2) certification training program is a 125-hour ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. The Level-2 program is for participants who wish to pursue coaching as their full-time profession or want to advance their coaching skills and enhance their careers. Professionals undergo comprehensive, advanced level coach training for 125 hours (65 hours if they have completed level 1 training) along with 10 hours of required mentor coaching. The mentor coaching is further divided into 7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of one-on-one mentoring of 1 hour each.
Certified for ICF-MCC Level Credential Training (Level 3)
The Level-3 program is not a cookie-cutter program. The program gives freedom to coaches to master what they want. A 75 hours program, Coach Transformation Master Coach training, is a 3-months workshop, spread over 10 sessions, each of 6 hours. Out of the 75 hours, a part of the program involves Mentor Coaching and assignments for real-time discussions, practical coaching, feedback, research, and more. The participants are also required to undergo 10 hours of Mentor Coaching. The program also requires participants to complete 15 hours of assignments.
